According to news.gov.hk: The Office of the TelecommunicationsAuthority says Hong Kong's external telecommunications services havestabilised. Internet access to overseas websites during the peakperiod last night was generally slower than normal, same as thesituation over the past few days, and likewise this morning. Theoffice advises net-surfers to minimise non-essential visits tooverseas websites, uploading or downloading large files andactivities like online gaming and peer-to-peer file sharing. Over thepast week there has been continued improvement in Internet access.The major Internet service providers have recovered about 80% oftheir international connection capacity. IDD and roaming services arealmost back to normal.
